*By placing an order with Celebrate it Niagara (CIN) you agree to the policies as stated below

• Full payment is required at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. 
• Payment options: e-transfer to celebrateitniagara@gmail.com or cash. 
• Set up time: we offer your preference of morning or evening delivery.
• Please stay in your home during set up. We can notify you when the installation is complete.
• Pick ups are done the evening of the celebration unless other arrangements have been made.
• Turn off sprinklers prior to setup and for the duration of the display.
• Do not mow the lawn for the duration of the display.
• Customer is responsible for lost or damaged items during rental period.
• A change in address or an incorrect address could result in additional charges.
• Please turn on outside lights for setup.
• Ensure the homeowner/tenant is aware of the signs unless other arrangements have been made.
• CIN may post pictures to social media for marketing purposes, no personal information will be displayed.
• For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the signs.
• Please do not tape anything to the signs or remove/move any signs, including our advertising.
• Please do not dispose of any signs.
• Please cancel lawn services while the signs are installed.
• Items that go missing will result in additional replacement fee based on the value of the item.
• Cancellation and Refunds 
• Cancellations after booking and payment will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• In the event of inclement weather (snow, heavy rain, extreme wind, storms ) we may not be able to set up the greeting.We will attempt to reschedule delivery, otherwise a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds for any cancellation within two weeks of the event.
• No refunds will be issued if the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove or refuses the yard sign.
• No refunds will be issued if we are denied access to a gated community.
• No refunds will be issued if we are given the incorrect delivery address· A $50 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move/re-setup a greeting at the correct address.
• This also applies if we are unable to gain access to the property and must return at a later time/day to install.
• No refunds will be issued if animals or any other circumstances that are out of our control prevent us from delivering.
• No refunds will be issued if there is no grassy area in front yard and special arrangements were not discussed at time of booking.
• No refunds will be issued if homeowner, community regulations or security prevent us from setting up or requires us to pick up the display early.
• Liability
• CIN and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the rental period.
• CIN is not responsible or liable for any damage done to the lawn by the yard card display such as holes in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler systems, etc.
