*By placing an order with Celebrate it Niagara (CIN) you agree to the policies as stated below
1. C.I.N. Requires rental payment at the time of booking. All payments must be made via e transfer to celebrateitniagara@gmail.com
2. A $100 refundable damage deposit is required to sent by e transfer prior to the event to celebrateitniagara@gmail.com and it will be refunded after inspection of all Celebrate It Niagara rental equipment. If damage is found fees will be appropriately assessed.
3. A full refund will be granted up to two days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
4. Delivery, assembly, styling, and pickup are included in the price. Once the party is set up to the Customer’s satisfaction, the items may not be moved. Moving or disassembling items could result in a fee.
5. If Customer needs to change the date of their reservation, notice must be given as soon as possible. Requests will be granted provided the preferred date is available.
6. The minimum party amount is $179.00 (1-3 tents)
7. Tent rentals are for 24 hours (unless an alternative rental period is negotiated at time of booking)
8. C.I.N. and the Customer will agree on a time for both delivery and pick up. If the Customer fails to be present at the stipulated times, a late fee of $50 will be charged.
9. C.I.N. will not enter a home unless the homeowner is present.
10. All prices are subject to change; however, prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.
11. No pets are permitted on Celebrate It Niagara property. If additional cleaning, due to pets, is required a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
12. It is the responsibility of the Customer to take care of Celebrate It Niagara property and to supervise children around the rental materials.
13. C.I.N. will not be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage to property due to equipment rentals.
14. C.I.N. asks that strictly NO craft supplies, makeup, nail polish, food or drinks be inside or around the tents at any time. please setup a seperate area for these activities. If there are stains found on the tents, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. If the stains cannot be removed, you will be charged $75 for each tent and/or sheet set that has to be replaced.
15. Replacement charges for other damaged items may also apply. Customers will be contacted regarding any damages.
16. All parties must be held in smoke-free environments. C.I.N. reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if staff finds your property to contain cigarette smoke odor.
17. C.I.N. reserves the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic conditions. No refund will be given.
18. C.I.N. requires that the designated tent areas be cleared of furniture.
19. C.I.N. representatives are prohibited from moving furniture.
20. C.I.N. requires that floors be clean before our arrival.
21. C.I.N. reserves the right to decline our service to certain locations in any city or neighbourhood that may compromise our staff’s safety.
22. C.I.N. staff members will park as close to your setup area as possible, this is generally in your driveway.
23. Our tents are indoor only tents.
24. We do not service events held in apartments or condominiums.
