Please fill out the Request Form to begin the booking process. Once we receive your request form, we will confirm that your date/theme is available via email. We will send you an invoice with your total amount due and payment instructions.

Apartments & Condos: We are NOT able to service apartments and condos.
Space Requirements: Please have the space we're using fully cleaned out, make sure you have enough space prior to the delivery time.
Each tent requires 4'x7' of clean space plus walking room.
Parking: Please make sure there is space for us to park closer to the door.
Supervision: The client is responsible for supervising children around the rental equipment.
Damage: Any damage will result an additional fees.
Pets: Please keep pets away from the tent setup.
Food: Kindly we ask to please avoid having food and drinks that can stain the tents and bedding near the setup e.g. pasta, pizza, doritos, pop, etc.

Payment Information

Full payment is required at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation
An invoice will be created and emailed to you for confirmation of the greeting details.
The invoice will hold your booking for 24 hours. If payment (or arrangements) have not been made within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled.
