Please fill out the Request Form to begin the booking process. Once we receive your request form, we will confirm that your date/game is available via email. We will send you an invoice with your total amount due and payment instructions.
Payment Information
- A signed rental agreement and full payment is required in order to book your reservation. Should the rental be canceled for a reason not addressed in this rental agreement, the renter will forfeit the deposit.
- An invoice will be created and emailed to you for confirmation of the rental details.
- The invoice will hold your booking for 24 hours. If payment (or arrangements) have not been made within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled.
